Who is behind this blog?

Am José Christian Jiménez, general health psychologist, specialized in the treatment of disorders such as anxiety, the depression, he trauma, the addictions or the difficulties in relationships. I work with adults, adolescents, children and families, both in form in person in Malaga as in mode on-line in Spanish and English.
My approach is integrative and humane. I use scientifically based therapies, such as EMDR therapy, the cognitive-behavioral therapy, and tools for emotional controltailored to each case. I don't believe in magic solutions, but I do believe in the power of communication and the therapeutic process.

Each person has a different rhythm and circumstances. That's why I offer face-to-face therapy in Malaga and online therapy for people who live in other cities, abroad, or simply prefer to communicate from the comfort of home.
Both approaches are equally valid and effective. The important thing is that you can start wherever you are, without feeling pressure, but with the confidence that you are not alone on this journey.
