How do I choose between in-person or online therapy?
It depends on what's most convenient for you. In-person therapy offers a safe consultation environment in Malaga, while online therapy allows access from anywhere, with the same proximity and effectiveness.
Does online therapy work the same as in-person therapy?
Yes. It's backed by scientific studies and perfectly adapts to your needs. The important thing is that you feel comfortable, wherever you are.
In what languages can the sessions be conducted?
The sessions are both in Spanish as in English, both in person and on-line, for people from all over the world.
What type of therapies do you use in consultation?

Can I change modes if I start with one and then become interested in the other?
Of course. You can start with therapy. on-line and move to in-person (or vice versa) if your situation changes. The important thing is that the process adapts to you, not the other way around.
